This edition of Colheita contains a compilation of the products we published throughout 2024. In the first part, we present six thematic chapters, based on articles, policy papers, interviews, and more, always guided by the premise that transforming food systems requires promoting behavioral change and understanding about food and its impacts, as well as advocating for public policies that enable healthier and more sustainable food systems.
