Strengthening the Public Debate

The Strategy Strengthening the Public Debate seeks to produce, systematize and disseminate knowledge about urban food systems, taking as a reference the practice of public food policies in the municipalities. Our differential lies in the systemic perspective with which we approach food, articulating technical, scientific, and empirical knowledge to enrich the public debate, to guide the development of policies, and to strengthen advocacy actions. Local experiences are not only a source of learning but also inspiration for our recommendations and modes of action.
