In this publication, we bring together the main lessons learned from the 4th edition of LUPPA, held in 2025. We present an overview of the activities carried out throughout the program, as well as the main achievements of the period, in addition to a compilation of programs, public policies, and inspiring initiatives shared by the participating cities.

In this edition, we chose to give special emphasis to the environmental and climate dimension, in dialogue with the international and local context of the deepening climate and ecological crisis. The holding of COP 30 in Brazil also motivated this focus, which is reflected in the Notebooks as we turn the LUPPA magnifying glass on the experiences and initiatives of the cities in the laboratory that articulate food and climate.
