The LUPPA Position Paper for COP 30 is a document collectively drafted by more than 50 Brazilian cities that are part of the Urban Laboratory for Public Food Policies (LUPPA). Presented at the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30) in Belém (PA), the text brings together policy recommendations that defend the centrality of food systems in climate action strategies.
