The policy brief “Transforming the monotony of the global agri-food system: collaborative solutions for health, inequalities, and sustainability” analyzes the so-called “triple monotony” of the agri-food system: concentration of agricultural production, intensive animal farming with the use of antibiotics, and growing consumption of ultra-processed foods. The publication proposes collaborative solutions to address these challenges, aiming to transform food systems towards health, equity, and sustainability.
