The Food of Tomorrow Institute participated in the panel discussion “Food possibilities in the crossroads: agrifoodsystems monotony and the knowledges of diversity” held at the Action on Food Hub Pavilion in the Blue Zone. The discussion focused on the challenges posed by the standardization of agri-food systems and on the importance of valuing traditional knowledge and diversity as pathways to transforming the food system.
